What Are Therapy Intensives?

Therapy intensives are extended therapy sessions (typically 3+ hours) designed to accelerate healing in a focused and supportive environment. Instead of spreading therapy over several months, intensives allow us to dive into your core issues—whether that’s trauma, anxiety, or stuck relationship patterns—over a condensed timeframe. Think of it as hitting “fast-forward” on your healing process.

For many of my clients, one intensive session can be equivalent to 6–8 traditional therapy sessions in terms of depth and clarity.
